Calculator policy

From 2010:

When students are permitted to use calculators in a closed book final examination of a unit, a detailed description of the approved calculators must be included in the relevant unit outline given to students at the start of the semester. The description must be unambiguous for both students and invigilators at the examination venue.

For Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences' first year units a sticker system is used to identify permissible calculators. The unit outline will include clear instructions about the place and timeframe for obtaining the sticker.
