Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science
The Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science is a single three year degree. It can also be combined with chemical engineering as the five year double degree Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science. The single degree is managed by the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The double degree is managed by the Faculty of Engineering.
Course planning: single degree
Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science students should follow the course requirements as stated in the Undergraduate Handbook of the year in which they commenced the course. This is because course requirements can change each year.
Students who enrolled pre-2009 should consult with the Undergraduate Coursework Manager or Course Director for course planning advice. Students who fail units can contact the Undergraduate Coursework Manager or Course Director for course planning advice.

Students enrolled in the Engineering/Pharmaceutical Science degree complete years 1 and 3 at the Parkville campus (Pharmaceutical Science component; formulation science major) and years 2, 4 and 5 at the Clayton campus (Engineering component).
