Parkville postgraduate association

The Parkville Postgraduate Association, previously VCPPA, is the representative body for postgraduate students at Monash University's Parkville campus. They play a diverse and multi-faceted role in all aspects of academic, cultural and social student life. As well as organising a multitude of social events, they provide a means of representation for postgraduate students on the Parkville campus.

 If you want to get involved or find out more about PPA functions, or if any issues arise during your studies, please don't hesitate to contact one of your representatives.

PPA facilities

The postgraduate common room is located on the ground floor of the Scott building. Facilities include:

  • Coffee machine
  • TV and DVD player
  • Kitchenette - hot water boiler, tea and coffee, microwave, sandwich press, fridge and freezer
  • Subscriptions to Time magazine, New Scientist and The Age
  • Networked computer and phone

The PPA organises many social events throughout the year to foster a postgraduate community at the Monash University Parkville campus.
