Wound Care

Graduate Certificate in Wound Care

  • The Graduate Certificate in Wound Care is a 24 credit point course. This course is normally completed in 1-1.5 years.
  • Students are required to complete 5 core units and 6 credit points of elective units.
  • Students can complete a maximum of 6 credit points via complementary study.

Graduate Diploma in Wound Care

  • The Graduate Diploma in Wound Care is a 48 credit point course. This course is normally completed in 2 years.
  • Students are required to complete 9 core units and 12 credit points of elective units.
  • Students can complete a maximum of 12 credit points via complementary study.

Master of Wound Care

  • The Master of Wound Care is a 72 credit point course. This course is normally completed in 4 years.
  • Students are required to complete 14 core units and 12 credit points of elective units.
  • Students can complete a maximum of 12 credit points via complementary study.

  • Timetable.

Notes:

  • students should allocate 12 hours per week, per 6 credit point unit, while studying via off campus learning. Given individual differences in learning styles, it is expected that this time allocation is sufficiently reasonable for participants to study the prepared material, appraise the readings, interact with the Unit Advisors and undertake the assessment tasks.
