Mathew Peck scholarship recipients

2008

The 2008 Mathew Peck Travelling Scholarship recipient is Jane O'Connor, who is a third year Bachelor of Pharmacy student.

Jane will be travelling to the Solomon Islands in January 2009, undertaking a project supervised by Michael Nunan who is a graduate of the faculty and the 2004 scholarship recipient. For a detailed description of Jane's experience, please read her blog.

2007

The winner of the 2007 Mathew Peck Travelling Scholarship is Jaya Soma.

Jaya will spend 41 days in Fiji surveying health facilities and evaluating use of medicines. She will be located in the Fiji Pharmaceutical Service Centre. For a detailed description of her trip, please read her blog.

2006

The winner of the 2006 Mathew Peck Travelling Scholarship was fourth year pharmacy student Madelaine Hong Hieu Nguyen.

Madelaine recently spent 52 days in Vietnam investigating the potential role of Vietnamese pharmacists in HIV prevention for her scholarship placement. Click here to read Madelaine's report.

The winner of the 2005 Mathew Peck Travelling Scholarship was Jana Dostal.
