Set up and pack downStandard layouts apply to all faculty spaces. Please discuss the type of function and your set-up requirements, including access times, delivery of equipment, storage etc with the Student Activities Officer. You will also need to think about pack-down times, equipment pick up, overnight storage. These details need to be communicated to the Student Activities Officer via the function fact sheet. Clubs may set up booked rooms to suit their needs however they are required to return them to the correct standard setting. Failure to do so will result in the club incurring the cost of having the room re-set. If you wish to change room layouts please provide details to the student activities officer. You may:

Deliveries and storageMonash staff and security are not responsible for supervising deliveries.
EquipmentThere is some equipment available for loan, including audio visual equipment, notice boards and BBQ's. Please think through all equipment you might require and inform the Student Activities Officer at the time of booking. |
