Changing degrees

Talk to your lecturer, tutor or coordinator, but if you make a decision to change courses, you must complete the right form. Internal Transfer Application forms are available at www.pharm.monash.edu.au/students/undergrad/internaltransfer.html and should only be completed if you are transferring your current course to another Monash University course.
