  • Practice evaluation, quality, customer service, quality and safety in healthcare, the relationship between healthcare service providers and their customers, managing perceptions in healthcare.
  • Quantitative social analysis, survey design, data mining.
  • Clinical pharmacy. Psychological and social influences on medication compliance and usage. Medication reviews.
  • Medication safety and quality use of medicines
