The key strengths within the Drug Delivery, Disposition and Dynamics (D4) theme are drug delivery and drug targeting, the mechanisms of drug absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) and pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) evaluation of drug candidates and delivery systems.
Activity within D4 is co-ordinated in two expertise driven groups
