Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice

The Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice has two core units of 12 credit points and 12 elective credit points. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice, students can choose to exit the program or articulate into the Master of  Pharmacy Practice, if satisfactory marks are achieved. Credit towards higher degrees such as Master of Clinical Pharmacy, Graduate Diploma in Wound Care and Master of Wound Care may also be granted, dependent on your choice of elective units.

Note: Patient data and pharmacotherapy unit VCG5021,  is only available with the approval of Course Director Master of Clinical Pharmacy. Students must be employed in a hospital clinical setting and have completed the prerequisite requirements.

Economics & Management units are restricted to 12 credit points enrolment within the Master of Pharmacy Practice and the Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice. The management units: Pharmacy Practice and Planning and The Australian Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Environment are offered by complementary enrolment with Chifley Business School.
