You may elect to enrol in either:

Single unit enrolment (Internship program only) (Course code 3461 )  (12 points) comprising:

• VCP5011 Applied pharmacy practice I (6 points)
• VCP5012 Applied pharmacy practice II (6 points)

OR

The Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice (Course code 3460 ) (24 points) comprising:

• VCP5011 Applied pharmacy practice I (6 points)
• VCP5012 Applied pharmacy practice II (6 points)
• Elective units totalling 12 points

Semester 2, 2009 intake applications close Friday 5 June, 2009.  Extended to 12 June, 2009

How to apply

• All applicants complete the online e-admissions application   and
• Upload your academic transcripts and additional e-admissions information form.

Note: single unit enrolment Internship only program 3461 is not eligible for a CSP place.
