How to appply

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences offers two intakes per year for the Master of Pharmacy Practice. Semesters commence in March and July.

Applications for the Semester 1, 2010 close on Monday 30 November 2009.

Application Process complete the:

• Online e-admissions application course code 3467 and upload additional documents:
  • A curriculum vitae (CV), a comprehensive and current employment history, including two referees, who can be contacted over the application period.  Indicate your 1st and 2nd preferences for units to be studied.
  • Qualifications, upload academic transcripts, ensuring that you have your originals certified and then sent to the faculty  see address below. Monash graduates are not required to send or upload their qualifications.
  • Proof of your residency status, such as a copy of your birth certificate, passport or visa. 
  • Completed credit application form (if applicable).

  • Proof of English language proficiency (if applicable)

• Pharmacy Practice Application Supplementary Information form : Masters
    o   You will require your online applicant email address or Monash Student number to complete this form
    o   You are required to advise which units/subjects you wish to enrol into for semester 1 and 2.
