Pharmacy Management Program - Professional track unitsPeople Management in Pharmacy (VCD1104)Rationale:People are generally the most valuable resource in any organisation. This subject is concerned with understanding and shaping people’s behaviour towards achieving the organisational objectives. It covers key people management theories, examines relevant aspects at the individual, group and organisation levels. It offers an outline of key principles in managing people in a work environment from both behavioural and legal perspectives. Pharmacy related case studies are used throughout the unit to illustrate the practical aspects of the theories learnt. This unit is available for participants who wish to exit the program at the graduate certificate or graduate diploma level.
