Credit transfer (including recognition of prior learning)

The faculty will grant credit for previous learning where this is assessed as equivalent to Monash University study. Credit towards a course may include credit transfer and/or recognition of prior learning, see Monash University Credit Policy

The maximum proportion of credit that can be awarded is 50 per cent of the requirements for the award. No more than 25 per cent of the requirements for the award will normally be granted for credit based on the recognition of prior learning.

No credit will be granted for work completed more that 10 years prior to admission or in units where knowledge changes rapidly 5 years prior to admission (e.g. of PGP5011 Applied pharmacy practice I and of PGP5012 Applied pharmacy practice II).
